Microsoft is gearing up to make a big splash at E3 2023 with the Xbox Games Showcase and Starfield Direct. The Xbox Games Showcase will take place on June 11 and will feature a variety of upcoming titles. While Starfield won’t be included in the Showcase, it will get its own dedicated presentation afterward.
Unfortunately, Redfall won’t be making an appearance either since it will be released on May 2. Microsoft hasn’t revealed exactly which games will be featured, but we can expect to see the next installment in the Forza Motorsport series, as it is slated for release this year. Additionally, Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom will be released on June 5, so it will likely make an appearance in the Showcase as well.
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II still doesn’t have a release date, but it was first announced in 2019, so hopefully we’ll get some sort of update on it during the Showcase. Other Xbox games in development include Avowed, Fable, The Outer Wilds 2, and Perfect Dark, but we don’t know when these will be released. It’s also been reported that Everwild was rebooted and that The Coalition’s next game is Gears 6, so we won’t be hearing about those anytime soon.
Microsoft is going all out for E3 2023 with the Xbox Games Showcase and Starfield Direct, and gamers are sure to be in for a treat. Be sure to tune in on June 11 to see what Microsoft has in store for us.
